Hopped on the Copper Fit Advanced Back Pro bandwagon a few months ago after a colleague recommended it. I was a tad skeptical – you know, the whole, ‘can I discreetly wear it at work’ dilemma uncoupled with my 8+ hour desk job. Take it from me, no sweat guys, literally annd figuratively! Doesn’t look or feel bulky even in close-knit meetings plus, it fits snug under any dress shirt.

Regarding comfort in the office chair – it offered great lumbar suport which was just right for those never-ending Excel sessions. The compression aspect got some getting used to, though – first felt kinda strange but within a couple of days, hardly noticed I had it on.

Size tip – always check their size chart before ordering. They tend to run large so had to swap out mine for a size down for an ideal fit. Taking small breaks (5 mins every hour) can also give your back a needed respite.

If you’re still unsure though, might pay off speaking to your physiotherapist or doctor before making the switch. Anyone else tried wearing this baby during long flights? Or is that taking things up a notch too far?!

Wow, it’s wonderful to see so many of us gleaning relief from the Copper Fit Advanced Back Pro. Just like y’all, I’ve been battling age-related back pain for a good 4 years now. This belt caught my attention because of how uncomplicated it looked, and let me tell you, it’s pretty easy to put on by myself.

I did find that their sizing is a bit off. If you’re in-between sizes like me, I’d suggest going for the smaller one. The compression feels gentle, comfortable even but not “fluffy”. Now don’t expect miracles right away. Found it took a good couple weeks of wearing before I really started to notice those subtle differences – a little less wincing while getting out of bed or being able to enjoy my garden for just a bit longer.

Unfortunately, Medicare coverage wasn’t an option but then walking around feelin’ like Quasimodo was no picnic either.

Anyone else feel a tad warmer with this thing on? Or is it just me?

As always, if things get worse do remember to see your healthcare professional.

I’ve been dealing with nagging back pain for a good half-dozen years now and started using the Copper Fit Advanced Back Pro about a year ago. At 67, putting on this bad boy alone is a cinch, no obtuse contortions needed! It’s comfortable to wear and provides enough support without becoming too constraining. However, sizing can be a bit of a challenge – it’s a bit on the smaller side, in my humble opinion, so you might want to consider ordering up a size if you’re stuck between two.

One thing I’ve found that pairs nicely with this? A short routine of gentle day-to-day stretching recommended by my physical therapist. Makes all the difference.

Just be aware, I did have to pay out-of-pocket for mine as Medicare didn’t cover it. Anybdy else tried to get this covered though?

Has anybody paired any specific exercises with wearing their Copper Fit Advanced Back Pro? Would love to hear about your experiences!

Well, as someone who’s been on this back pain journey for 10 years plus now and always seeking to maintain my training routine, I can testify that the Copper Fit Advanced Back Pro has its merits. One thing I love about it is that the sizing feels true and has good compression – very comfy for wear throughout my workout or even just lounging. The only hiccup was that I did notice some restrictions during more intense sessions which got me curious in exploring other options.

Over time, I found the Mueller 255 Lumbar Support Back Brace to offer a bit more flexibility when training without comprising the support needed – and it falls into a similar price range. For those workout warriors out there seeking support but also mobility, give this one a try! Always remember though, everyone’s body responds differently so yMMV. And as many of us know too well, nothing beats consulting with your healthcare professional for tailored advice based on your individual concerns. Has anyone else tried different brands with success?

I couldn’t agree more, the Copper Fit Advanced Back Pro has been my trusty sidekick on my back pain journey for about a year now. As someone who’s had constant back pain for almost a decade, I find it extremely easy to use and efficient in providing support when I need it. The comfort levels are also pretty much on point and suit me just fine.

One small hitch I noticed was the initial break-in period where it felt a tad bit snug, but with frequent usage, this poses no problem at all. For anyone else out there grappling with this issue – stay patient and give time to your body to get used to the new sensation.

A hack that worked wonders for me was performing a couple of gentle stretches after wearing it, helped provide that added relief I was seeking.

Just curious – how do you find the durability of your Copper Fit back brace? Is it holding up well under constant use? And has anyone tried other products from their range?

I’ve got to say, the Copper Fit Advanced Back Pro has been a game changer for me as well. Juggling long hours stuck at desk with chronic discomfort wasn’t exactly fun. This belt doesn’t scream “I have back pain!” under a business casual shirt, as it’s pretty low-profile and not very restrictive either. It’s snug enough to remind me to fix my posture without feeling like I’m prone on a medieval rack! I started with wearing it for an hour or two; now I can keep it on all day without noticing it. Protip: maybe give it a tiny stretch before putting on, it seems to dedicate itself more to your body’s contour over time. What office chair do you guys use? I’m still trying to find my Holy Grail of office chairs that pair well with it!

As an alternative I’d suggest looking into ergonomics supports too. My physical therapist advised me about some good chair cushions and lumbar rolls—it could be your next secret weapon for office comfort. Remember, no product is one-size-fits-all solution so always consider speaking to your healthcare provider or even an ergonomics specialist.

Totally agree with everyone here, the Copper Fit Advanced Back Pro really does offer some solid support. I’ve been dealing with back pain for over a decade and as an office worker who sits all day, this brace has truly become a daily norm for me. The best part is it doesn’t add bulk under my work clothes so I can comfortably wear it during my meetings too.

Quick tip: make sure to measure properly before getting one, because well-fitted neck-to-tailbone length is crucial for optimal comfort and support. High enough to rest on hipbones, low enough not to chafe under your arms. In terms of comfort in the office chair, I found myself adjusting slightly at first, but after few wears my body got accustomed to it like second skin!

One thing that’s helped me plenty besides this product though is taking intermittent breaks from sitting – even 5 min walks around the office or some gentle stretches does wonders! How about you guys? Do you combine wearing this brace with any other forms of management? Always open to learning new techniques! And remember, consult your healthcare professional if symptoms persist or get worse.

Indeed, the Copper Fit Advanced Back Pro has been a standout in my quest for back relief! Having battled with back pain for over a decade, finding something that provides support without being overly restrictive has been no small feat. This brace though… it’s been a diffrent story entirely. I found the compression factor to be just right – not too tight but supportive enough during those long office hours, trips to the grocery store or short walks around the block.

It might not look like the most budget-friendly option upfront, but from my experience it’s worth every penny – offering remarkable durability along with its comfort. A little insider tip: give your back time to get used to it; I started out wearing it only an hour or two a day and ratched up slowly from there.

Anyone else tried the Copper Fit while doing more strenuous physical activity? Interested to hear about your experiences there as well! Always remember, despite our shared positive experience with this product, if you’re dealing with persistent or severe back pain,it’s always best to consult with health professionals before making any drastic changes.

Just jumping in this conversation to add my two cents about the Copper Fit Advanced Back Pro. Like some of you, I’ve been dealing with back pain for more than a decade due to various reasons and have tried a fair number of support products. The Copper Fit delivered on comfort, but I found sizing a bit tricky – it took me a couple tries to find the right size that provided an ideal level of compression without being too constrictive. But once I did, it was pretty good for wear throughout the day. I’ve noticed it’s especially beneficial for me when I do activities that involve a lot of bending or lifting.

Funnily enough, while for its price point, this is a great product, another aid that has unexpectedly given me relief is yoga. It wasn’t my first go-to choice (more of a weight-lifting person before), but incorporating gentle yoga stretches into my routine has made quite the difference. Of course, if anyone decides to give this alternative approach try, please check with your healthcare professional or physical therapist first!

Anyway, how long did it take you guys to get used to wearing the Copper Fit Back Pro regularly? Did anyone else face any sizing issues like me? Or perhaps there are other alternatives you found work better in combination with it?
