  • Totally resonate with your experience on the BraceUP Stabilizing Lumbar Lower Back Brace. I’ve been battling back issues for a year now (trust me, deadlifts got real unfriendly) and this brace has been a game changer. Surprisingly comfy considering the amount of compression it delivers, I barely notice I’m wearing it some days. With sizing, definitely go for the tighter option if you’re between sizes – once it molds to your body shape it fits like a glove.

    On my off days from gym, I make sure to do light stretches which, combined with wearing the brace, helps reduce stiffness and aids recovery. And guess what? My performance has not taken a dip and I feel protected against re-injury during my sessions.

    Ever tried using heat or cold therapy alongside your bracing routine btw? Sometimes after heavy-duty working out or when my back is acting up more than usual, I find that applying heat patches or cold compresses really helps ease discomfort.
